Christy is a skilled and approachable dietitian with a background in biomedical research. She is passionate about using food as everyday medicine – not just to prevent disease, but to promote sustainable, long-term health. Having navigated a challenging relationship with food in her teens, Christy understands how early experiences and attitudes around food and body image can profoundly shape our eating habits. With this insight, she is known for creating a safe and non-judgemental space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported.
Christy’s work is thorough and research-informed. Her 4-step approach includes:
- Assessing your bloodwork, medical history, dietary and lifestyle habits
- Identifying the root cause of your health concerns
- Building a personalised diet tailored to your unique goals, dietary preferences and lifestyle
- Providing regular check-ins to help you resolve issues and stay on track
She has worked with clients of all ages across hospital, private practice and community settings. In addition to chronic disease and weight management, Christy has expertise in paediatric nutrition; fertility and pregnancy nutrition; endometriosis and PCOS; IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and other gut and digestive conditions; eating disorders; and sports nutrition.
