Florence is a seasoned administrative professional with over a decade of experience across the healthcare, education, and corporate sectors.

Passionate about creating inclusive, efficient, and compassionate environments, she collaborates closely with both clinical and administrative teams to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and enhance the overall patient experience. Florence is dedicated to continuous improvement and actively embraces feedback and innovative ideas to improve clinic operations and foster a positive experience for both patients and staff.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring fun and meaningful activities for her kids, engaging in inspiring conversations with friends, practicing yoga and Pilates for mindfulness, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Alice has been a registered nurse since 2018 and always have been working in primary health care industry to provide quality patient centred care to the community. She has strong passion on child and family health, immunisation and preventative health assessments.

As a nurse working in primary health clinic is to promote and assist the health and wellbeing of individuals and families. Alice believes prevention is the key to long-term health and working closely with s team of dedicated doctors and healthcare provider to provide holist and comprehensive care to their patients.

In her spare time, Alice enjoys going for walks and painting.

Savannah has been a receptionist at Elevate since 2024 and loves the work she does. With experience in support work and currently studying Psychology at university, she brings a strong interest in mental health and general wellbeing to her role.

Savannah is passionate about creating a welcoming, warm and supportive environment at Elevate Medical and making sure patients have the best experience at the front desk and in the clinic is her top priority. She’s always happy to answer any questions, help with concerns, or have a friendly chat.

Outside of work Savannah enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping and early morning walks with a coffee.

As our clinic receptionist, Asaka is here to ensure patient visit is as smooth as possible, where she excels in multitasking and providing top-notch customer service. With a keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanour, she effortlessly manages administrative duties while ensuring every patient feels welcomed and valued.

Sophia is a dedicated nursing student who brings warmth, energy, and genuine care to her role at the front desk. She loves connecting with people and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive, making sure every visit starts with a friendly smile and a smooth experience.

With a passion for health and wellbeing, Sophia spends much of her free time at the beach or staying active, believing that a balanced lifestyle helps her show up as her best self for both patients and colleagues. She’s known for her positive attitude, calm presence, and the way she effortlessly brings a bit of sunshine into the clinic.

Sophia is excited to continue growing in the healthcare field and is committed to providing a welcoming, supportive environment for everyone who walks through the door.

Audrey is a warm, friendly, and caring member of the team who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive to when they leave. She is passionate about working in healthcare and is currently studying Psychology at university, with a strong interest in understanding and supporting people’s overall wellbeing.

Outside of work and study, Audrey enjoys going to the gym, playing footy, and spending time with friends and family. She is driven by a genuine desire to help others and takes pride in supporting patients throughout their experience.
