Hi my name is Magalie, I’m an Enrolled Nurse currently studying to get my Registered Nurse Degree. I have been at Elevate since it first opened it’s doors, my interest are wound management, skin clinic, care plans and plenty more. I became a nurse because I wanted to do something meaningful and help others.

Meet Nora, a dedicated practice nurse with a passion for injections and procedures at our clinic. With years of experience in patient care, Nora specializes in administering injections and assisting various medical procedures with precision and compassion.

Her expertise and attention to detail ensure that patients receive safe, effective, and comfortable care during their visit. Nora’s commitment to staying updated with the latest techniques and advancements in her field makes her an invaluable asset to our healthcare team, providing exceptional quality of care to all our patients.

Cece has been a medical receptionist since 2019 and is also a trained pathology collector. She has a keen interest in the healthcare industry and strives to provide excellent service to both patients and doctors alike.

Organised and reliable, you can expect hospitable and efficient service from Cece as she assists you through all the clinic’s administrative needs. Always trying to improve upon herself, Cece is very open to feedback and suggestions on how she and Elevate can attend to you better.

In her spare time, Cece enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates.

Angela is a warm-hearted and dedicated professional known for her exceptional commitment to providing quality care and service to patients. Balancing her roles as a part-time medical receptionist at Elevate Medical and a part-time nurse at Bluff Road Medical, Angela seamlessly blends administrative and clinical responsibilities. Angela’s warm demeanour and unwavering dedication ensure that every patient feels valued and well-cared for.

Willow has been working as a medical receptionist since 2021 and has a variety of experience in the role. Her interests lie in helping others and working with patients to ensure their visit to Elevate Medical is as smooth and seamless as possible. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology, aiming to one day be a forensic psychologist. In Willows spare time, she enjoys Pilates, baking and catching up with friends.

As our clinic receptionist, Asaka is here to ensure patient visit is as smooth as possible, where she excels in multitasking and providing top-notch customer service. With a keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanour, she effortlessly manages administrative duties while ensuring every patient feels welcomed and valued.

Nicole is dedicated to making every patient’s visit seamless and enjoyable. She is detailed-minded and attentive to patients’ needs. Nicole excels at multitasking and delivering excellent customer service. Fluent in Chinese, Mandarin, and Japanese, She efficiently handles administrative tasks while ensuring each patient’s visit to Elevate Medical feels welcomed and appreciated. In her spare time, she loves learning new languages and spending time with friends.
