Natalie is a Generally Registered Psychologist with experience working across multiple age groups on a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, stress and adjustment, trauma, anger management, interpersonal issues, grief and workplace-related issues.
Natalie is passionate in providing a compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe environment for clients to share their experiences. She uses a client-centered approach and tailors therapy to best suit the client’s individual belief’s, needs and goals, while incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
Natalie also has experience conducting cognitive assessments and providing further recommendations to best support her clients.
