Keshinie completed her Medical degree with Honours at Monash University in 2013. She spent her resident years at The Alfred and then commenced General Practice Training. While obtaining her Fellowship in General Practice, Keshinie also undertook the Diploma of Child Health with The Sydney Children’s Hospital Network, and the Certificate of Women’s Health with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

Keshinie enjoys all aspects of General Practice but has developed a special interest in weight management. She is SCOPE certified and has completed further training in this area to provide comprehensive advice and enjoys supporting patients on their individualised journey to achieve and maintain weight loss.

Keshinie also has a special interest in mental health and understands the effect it can have on all aspects of wellbeing. She is passionate about promoting good mental health in all patients, as a form of preventive care, as well as managing emerging mental health conditions. She has studied this area further and is a registered provider of Focused Psychological Strategies which allows her to implement Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with patients.

In her spare time (not that she has a lot with two kids!) she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching sport and embroidery.
