Jason has a medical degree from Monash University and gained his hospital experience at Monash Health, before moving into General Practice. He worked in Albury/Wodonga and in the Northern Territory before returning to Melbourne as a practice principal. Jason has been a Registrar Alumni Coordinator and has spent many years as a GP Clinical Training Supervisor. He also has a Diploma of Child Health from Sydney University and a Masters of Public Health (International Health) from Monash University.

A keen traveller, Jason is a certified member of the International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM), Australasian College of Tropical Medicine and part of the national Travel Medicine Alliance (TMA) network. He coordinates travel medicine at both Elevate Medical and Bluff Road Medical.

Jason has a keen interest in global travel, spending time with friends and family, AFL (Hawks, if you’re asking!), cricket, rugby union, films and music.
