Brittany is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Advanced Sports Dietitian, and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. Her passion for dietetics and nutrition stems from her background in sports and her love for cooking. Currently, Brittany works with the North Melbourne Football Club men’s program and supports elite athletes across a range of sports, such as swimming, triathlons, soccer, and basketball. Her previous experience includes working with the Essendon Football Club AFLW in 2023, the Northern Bullants in the VFL, the Eastern Rangers in the NAB League, Basketball Victoria’s State Development Program, the Victorian Institute of Sport, and other NBL and AFL clubs.

Brittany has a particular interest in sports nutrition, eating disorders, disordered eating, gut health, and women’s health, but she is also trained in areas such as oncology, aged care, and chronic health conditions. She takes an individualized approach to each patient, tailoring their nutrition plans to meet their goals in a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, using evidence-based practices.

Brittany has obtained additional training in sports nutrition, eating disorder treatment, FODMAP’s and gut health.

Fee/Payment structure

  • Initial (45-60mins) – $240
  • Review (30mins) – $115 – most would fall under this
  • Review (45mins) – $165
  • Review (60mins) – $225
